- $25 000 from Dec 29 to Jan 5, 2013
- $40 000 from Dec 22 to Jan 5, 2013
- WEEKEND: Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday :

- Rental agreement and conditions:
- 25% down payment in order to confirm reservation.
75% to be paid 25 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit : $ 1,000, to be paid 25 days prior to arrival, to be given back one week after the departure.
4% local tax additional - Included:
- Taxi transfer from airport to villa upon the day of arrival
Daily Housekeeping, except on Sundays and Holidays.
Linen, pool towels, replaced every two days.
Bedroom sheets, replaced every week.
Personal cleaning and ironing not included.
